A 7-acre vacant lot acquired in 2016, developed and fully leased in phases between 2017 and 2021. Tenants brought to the property include Aldi, Dollar Tree & the 1st corporate Del Taco in Florida, as well as Little Caesar's and Juan Valdez Cafe.

Acquired as an over 60% vacant building in 2016, SunDev renovated the existing structure, added a new multi-tenant building and has achieved a stable 95% overall occupancy rate, with 20 tenants and counting.

Acquired in 1998, redeveloped with freestanding Cici's building added next to the existing shopping center. SunDev fully leased the center to a variety of tenants, including American Renal Associates and Greenberg Dental.

MAGNOLIA OFFICE PARK

An acquisition of over twenty acres of vacant land in 2006. The infill was developed in stages as condo-offices for mainly medical users, including Fresenius and Physician's Associates (Orlando Health). Property was sold in 2015.
The outparcels in the front had been sold as vacant lots early on, re-acquired at substantially discounted price in 2014, and developed as Magnolia Center (see above).
